If you max out the Hunter Squad, but don't max out the Innocent Aid Squad, you can subdue the innocent offspring in the item world (on innocent boost of course) for pretty huge bonuses. Doing it on the Innocent route is even better (4x). I honestly have been throwing units into squads with little care of who they are with the exception of the ''raise stats of members'' squad. I finished mine and I did not bother watching the rest of the video after that.
